Meghan Besore
Co-OWNER & OPERATOR
Meghan serves as Pavé’s Owner and Principal Designer. As the third generation in her family to work in the building industry, Meghan’s life has been guided by her family’s influence and life-long passion for building and design. She holds a degree in interior design from Florida State University and has been working in residential interior design since 2013. Meghan brings an unrivaled amount of passion and care to each project and takes pride in giving each client a personalized experience. Meghan’s attention to detail inspires our team to work together and deliver the best results for our clients!
Ardian & Arben Gjuraj
Co- OWNERS & OPERATORS
Ardian “Ardi” and Arben “Benny” Gjuraj serve as Owners and Operators for Pavé. The Gjuraj brothers relocated to the U.S. from Europe and have worked in the flooring industry (specializing in tile) for the past 20 years.
Ardian or “Ardi” is our team’s energizer bunny. He’s the epitome of a team player and his willingness to go above and beyond for our customers and the team guarantees he leaves a positive mark on all who work with him.
Arben (or “Benny” as we call him) is known for being very meticulous and a perfectionist when it comes to his craft. He uses his expertise to manage the field and installers, while ensuring every job meets the exact specifications.
Ardi and Benny help us execute a client’s vision with precision and excellence. They truly make the visions come to life, and we love seeing the progress and final pieces all come together!
